Many organizations collect substantial amounts of data, yet struggle to translate that information into meaningful evidence that informs decisions, drives improvement, and demonstrates impact. This webinar will explore practical approaches to measurement that support evidence-based reporting while also fostering organizational learning and strategic decision-making.

Drawing on her experience as National Director of Evaluation and Learning at World Savvy, Paida Chikate, PhD, will share insights on designing useful measurement systems, selecting meaningful indicators, and communicating evidence effectively to diverse audiences. Participants will learn how to move beyond data collection for compliance purposes and instead use evaluation findings to strengthen programs, inform strategy, and tell compelling impact stories.

This interactive session will include hands-on exercises and practical applications that allow participants to practice developing measures, interpreting evidence, and considering how data can be used to support learning and decision-making within their own organizations. Participants will leave with actionable tools and ideas they can immediately apply to strengthen their measurement and reporting practices.

The session will also include opportunities for reflection, discussion, and peer learning, giving attendees the chance to connect concepts from the webinar to their own evaluation and reporting contexts.

If you need any accommodations to participate, please let us know at least one week prior to the event. Thank you.
