technical expert and director of opinion research. The incumbent manages
department policy involving survey research, coordinates consumer surveys
across the department, and provides qualitative and quantitative survey

agencies, and DHS business units on all types of opinion research, including

Standards Technical Advisory Panel to the Steering Committee on Performance
Outcomes and Reform (PO&R) is seeking 3 or 4 volunteers who have one of more of the following skills
or experience: Developing, implementing,
or assessing performance measurement standards for human service programs;
working with continuous quality improvement efforts in human services
settings. Familiarity with
county-provided human services in Minnesota would be helpful but not necessary. As a Panel member you will be asked to: review discussion
materials prior to meeting; attend two meetings in St. Paul and; review and comment on the draft report to the
Steering Committee. Video-conferencing
will be available. Volunteers may expect to contribute a total of
approximately twelve hours for analysis and meeting time from January through
